The MRes in Healthcare Informatics degree provides students with the opportunity to conduct extensive and sustained original research at a high level in the field of Healthcare Informatics. This unique program is designed to meet the demands of skilled professionals who aspire to become leaders and researchers involved in advancing, expanding, and supporting technological innovations in Healthcare Informatics. These innovations are driven by advancements in computing, software, data warehousing, data analysis, and AI.. As these evolve, graduate students who embrace and develop the required new tools and methodologies will be well-positioned to lead the way into tomorrow.
The program is for current professionals in the field who desire to elevate their skills to a higher level and contribute to the body of knowledge in Healthcare Informatics. Additionally, it is designed as a master’s degree by research, where students will quickly become able to engage in leadership, research, and publishing.
Student Learning Outcomes
Upon graduation, students will be able to:
