The EdD in Instructional Design and Innovative Technology degree provides students with the opportunity to conduct extensive and sustained original research at a high level in the field of Instructional Design/Training and Development. This unique doctoral program is designed to meet the demands of skilled professionals to become the leaders and researchers who will be involved in the advancement, expansion, and support of large- and small-scale organizations. The program is for current professionals in the field who desire to elevate their skills to a higher level and contribute to the body of knowledge in Instructional Design/Training and Development. Additionally, it is designed as a doctoral degree by research, where students will quickly become able to engage in leadership, research, and publishing.
All required courses are offered exclusively online in a 16-week asynchronous format.
