The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Applied Artificial Intelligence is designed to equip individuals from diverse professional backgrounds with the foundational knowledge needed to advance in the rapidly evolving field of artificial intelligence. Topics covered include knowledge representation and rule-based systems, fuzzy-logic systems, learning systems such as artificial neural networks and genetic algorithms, genetic programming and evolutionary computing, hybrid intelligent systems, and intelligent agents. The fundamentals of machine learning and big data analytics are also covered. This micro-credential can also fulfill 40% of the required courses for a Master of Science in Computer Science degree.
