Construction professionals manage critical infrastructure as well as technology integration in the planning and development of electrical grids, power plants, business buildings, and other structures. Adaptability and creative thinking, along with teamwork, management, and engineering, are essential skills for professionals in this field. Construction Science and Management is a rapidly growing field. Professionals are in high demand and considered a crucial part of any industry engaged in the design of buildings and physical infrastructure within our communities. Graduates of the Capitol Technology University Master of Research (MRes) in Construction Science and Management can expect to be qualified for high paying jobs across all areas of industry and government.

  • CMR 700 must be taken as the only class in the first semester. 
  • No more than one class allowed in following semesters without Dean’s approval.
