Construction Science and Management, M.Res.


The field of construction is seeing growth as the demand for innovation increases. Professionals in this area explore solutions to raise revenue, lower costs, and sustain profit margins, all while producing higher quality results, maintaining safety, practicing methods in Green Building, acquiring Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification, and performing construction analytics in a competitive global environment. Construction professionals manage critical infrastructure as well as technology integration in the planning and development of electrical grids, power plants, business buildings, and other structures. Adaptability and creative thinking, along with teamwork, management, and engineering, are essential skills for professionals in this field. Construction Science and Management is a rapidly growing field. Professionals are in high demand and considered a crucial part of any industry engaged in the design of buildings and physical infrastructure within our communities.
