Artificial Intelligence, M.Res.


The Master of Research in Artificial Intelligence offered by Capitol Tech is a highly relevant and practical program in today’s ever-evolving technological landscape. As AI technology continues to advance rapidly, with innovations such as ChatGPT and agile mobile robots becoming a reality, the need for experienced professionals in the development, security, and research of this field is greater than ever.

Through this program, students will conduct extensive and sustained original research in various areas, including AI, robotics, computer science, hardware and software engineering, machine learning, and physics. The curriculum is designed to explore the foundational laws and practical applications of AI, enabling students to become innovators at the forefront of their field.

The M.Res. in Artificial Intelligence is structured as a degree in research, enabling students to engage in leadership, research, and publishing. It is ideal for those seeking to explore research studies before pursuing a doctorate or those seeking career advancement opportunities through a higher degree. The program is designed for experienced professionals in the field who possess an appropriate undergraduate degree.

Throughout the program, students will conduct original research in an approved area of AI. Upon completion, students will be required to research, present, and defend a master’s dissertation, receiving approval from their Committee and the M.Res. Academic Review Board.
