AVT-442 is an advanced flight training course designed to prepare experienced pilots for certification as a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI). This course focuses on developing the instructional skills and knowledge necessary to teach others how to fly airplanes. Students will engage in both ground school and flight training, learning how to create effective lesson plans, conduct flight training sessions, and evaluate student performance. Emphasis is placed on advanced aeronautical knowledge, safety practices, and regulatory compliance. By the end of the course, students will be equipped to instruct aspiring pilots and ensure they meet the high standards required for FAA certification.
