DSM 945 - Optimization Techniques for Management Development
3 Semester Credit Hour(s)
This course seeks to enable the students to develop the ethical leadership strategies and communication skills needed to motivate and mobilize co-workers so all can achieve core business goals. The theoretical framework for the course will be drawn from histories’ great military and political leaders. The practice will involve the participants in competing and cooperating with their peers to maximize development of the resources their unit needs to grow and succeed. The exercises will enhance negotiation skills and self-insights into each participant’s ethical world view.
