Stationary electric and magnetic fields. Gauss’s Law, Laplace and Poisson’s equations. Solutions to static field problems. Ampere’s Law, Faraday’s Law. Time-varying electric and magnetic fields. Boundary conditions. Maxwell’s equations and applications to wave phenomena.
