MBA 657 - Transformational Leadership and Innovation

Leadership is the process of influencing others to achieve results and this course examines leadership concepts applied to managing people, organizations and strategic processes. Leadership perspectives and philosophies of organization development, functions and systems are examined. Finally, students will examine how they can provide innovative leadership based on both leadership theory and practice. Students will be expected to apply the various leadership skills and techniques to address challenges and opportunities they face through the term project.
