PRM 530 - Product Management Tools & Metrics

The course examines a wide range of tools at all levels of product development, including new product process, product design, product portfolio management, and product life cycle management. Students will translate knowledge into measurable and manageable actions and tasks. Students will also learn to employ performance metrics, emphasizing the application of metrics for learning and continuous improvement.
