EMC 535 - International Cyber Planning & Imp
Methods of Cyber Project Management focuses on the leadership required from concept and initiation, planning, execution, to the performance/monitoring phase You will learn how Cyber projects differ from other types of technical projects and how the methods and techniques of project management must be modified/adapted for Cyber projects. This course provides the best of both worlds: a flexible asynchronous online learning component and engaging live online sessions. During the asynchronous portion, you’ll be free to learn at your own pace through reading, writing, and participating in discussions. The live online component takes place on a specific weekend and allows for real-time interactions with instructors and fellow learners. This combination of modalities ensures a comprehensive educational experience, balancing convenience and meaningful engagement.
