REM 800 - Real Estate Management Research Background
6 Semester Credit Hour(s)
The student will focus on the study of the latest real estate management strategies, tactics developments, and technology. The student will synthesize the growing effect of technology on current operations and future operation in the field, and identify where there are areas of improvements or failings. The focus will be to start identifying areas for research at a later stage and explore the background of real estate management. The faculty will directly support and mentor the exploration phase of the planning.
